All donations made to Tribal Chhaneel are voluntary. By making a donation, you acknowledge that your contribution is intended to support our charitable mission and ongoing programs.

2. Refund Policy

As a general policy, all donations are non-refundable. Since donated funds are used to support our programs and initiatives as quickly as possible, we are unable to return contributions after they have been processed.

3. Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:

  • A duplicate donation was made due to a technical or payment error.
  • An incorrect donation amount was charged because of a system malfunction.
  • An unauthorized transaction occurred, subject to verification.

Approved refund requests will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
